Invitation Letter for Visa Purposes

If you are planning to attend the EBMN24 congress, which is going to be held on 11-13 September 2024 in Toronto, Canada, you may need a visa to enter Canada. Depending on your country of origin, you may also need a letter of invitation from the congress organizers to support your visa application.

A letter of invitation is a document that confirms your registration and participation in the congress and provides information about the purpose and duration of your visit, as well as your accommodation and financial arrangements.

To request a letter of invitation, you must first complete the following steps:

  • Submit your abstract or paper for presentation at the congress (if applicable)
  • Register for the congress and pay the registration fee.

After completing these steps, you can send an email to info@ebmn24.com with the following information:

  • Your full name as it appears on your passport
  • Your date of birth
  • Your passport number and expiry date
  • Your country of citizenship and residence
  • Your affiliation and position
  • Your email address and phone number
  • Your presentation title and session (if applicable)

Please note that the letter of invitation does not guarantee that you will receive a visa. You are still responsible for applying for a visa at the nearest Canadian embassy or consulate, and providing all the required documents and fees. The letter of invitation is only a supporting document and does not imply any financial or legal obligation from the congress organizers.

We recommend that you request the letter of invitation as soon as possible, and at least three months before the congress date, to allow enough time for the visa processing. We also advise that you check the visa requirements and procedures for your specific country at the official website of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

We look forward to welcoming you to the EBMN24 congress in Toronto!
