Can I cancel or transfer my registration?
You can substitute another individual in your place at no extra charge, but we don’t offer refunds for registrations. This is clearly stated on the payment page and confirmation message during the registration process.
Can you mention the name of the university on the registration receipt?
Yes, we can mention the name of the university on the registration receipt. Please provide the name of the university when you register online.
Can I register after the deadline?

Will I receive the proceedings of the congress?
Yes, you will receive the soft copy of the proceedings via email from our team after the congress.
